Chaos of Eldin
Wings of Fire is one of my all-time favourite books. As a kid, I was really captured by the magical dragon world Tui T. Sutherland had created. So I decided to make my own fan book series called “Chaos of Eldin” named after the Fire Dragon from The Legend of Zelda series. The books ended up failing due to a lack of determination. I was also partially inspired by another dragon book my friend was writing at the time - A Dragon’s Tale. The story is about the two islands of {no name}. One island is home to the Blazewings, a tribe of fire dragons that are stronger than Skywings. The leader of the Blazewings - Eldin, lead a group called “The Claws of Eldin” The other island is home to the Frostwings, a tribe of ice dragons that are stronger than Icewings (I was like 7 ok). The two tribes are constantly at war with each other. They have even constructed a battlefield over the ocean made up of frozen ice and molten rock. The Blazewings couldn’t fight on ice, and the Frostwings couldn’t fight on molten rock. I think there was some more lore than that but it’s lost to time now. I also made some maps and dragon drawings that I might post later.
